By accessing or using Swiftbx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Swiftbx is an email organization tool that connects to your email account via IMAP to analyze your mailbox structure and suggest an optimized folder layout. The Service reads email metadata (sender, subject, date, folder) — it does not read or store message content.
When you connect your email, Swiftbx creates an account using your email address. Your email password is used solely to establish an IMAP connection and is transmitted over encrypted channels. We do not store your email password in plain text.
We do not collect or store email message bodies, attachments, or your email password.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service: analyzing your mailbox, generating folder structure proposals, and applying the structure you choose. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Scan data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service.
All connections are encrypted via TLS/SSL. Authentication tokens are signed with industry-standard JWT. We follow reasonable security practices to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
You may not use the Service to:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Swiftbx is not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from use of the Service. Use at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
